Aces Tennis League finals Taylor-made
Defending champion Kevin Taylor reigned supreme during the Aces Tennis League finals at the Benoni Country Club as he was crowned the Premier Division champion for the second time in as many seasons.
Taylor defeated Neal Redfern 6-2; 6-3 in the final after the two overcame Brad Ferriera and Reno Smalberger in their respective semi-final clashes.
This follows his heroics during the ATL’s inaugural season last year when he was crowned champion at Andries Fourie’s expense at Parklands Estate.
Launched in August 2015, the ATL is the first private tennis league for individual tennis players in the country.
The leagues within the ATL run on a weekly basis, with players in each division playing against each other in a round-robin format.
