Goals from Mubarak Wakaso and brothers Jordan and Andre Ayew helped the Black Stars to their ninth Afcon final following their convincing 3-0 victory over hosts Equatorial Guinea at the Nuevo Estadio Malabo on Thursday, February 5.
The thumping came a day after Ivory Coast booked their spot for the Sunday, February 8 showpiece with a 3-1 triumph over the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The win propelled the Elephants to their third final in a decade.
The win for Ghana means a repeat of the 1992 final which saw Ivory Coast emerge victorious following a dramatic penalty shootout.
The latest edition of the heavyweight final will kick-off at 9pm at the Estadio de Bata.
Meanwhile, the curtain raiser for the final, the third and fourth place play-off contested between hosts and the Democratic Republic of Congo, will unfold at the Nuevo Estadio Malabo tomorrow. Kick-off is scheduled for 6pm.
