X-treme 24-hour tennis marathon in Parkrand
The Parkrand Tennis Complex will host an ‘X-treme’ 24-hour tennis marathon to raise funds for additional spectator seating at the complex.
The marathon is scheduled to begin at 6pm on Friday, November 28, until 6pm the following day.
Participation for the open tournament is for all members and non-members of the complex; spectators are welcome to bring their support and, or make a donation.
During the tournament, players will be required to play in doubles for a two-hour period and rotate within the 24-hour period.
The complex’s normal Saturday social tennis sessions will also take place and will be followed by an evening social.
