Bartlett competed in the Bikini Division, with her finish qualifying her for the WPF Universe meeting scheduled for Italy later this week.
Her other highlights for this year include a third place finish in her Rossi Classic Bikini division; a runners-up finish in a WBFF meet, and an inclusion in top 32 in the Fitness Magazine Cover Search.
“The WBFF held in June this year was my very first show and I placed second,” she says.
“It was an incredible experience for me; I was truly blessed as I was competing against amazing athletes.”
The Boksburg native then proceeded in expressing her gratitude to her support structure since recently joining the sport.
“I am amazed and so grateful with my achievements,” she adds.
“My greatest appreciation goes out to my coach Julian Naidoo, Anna Wood and my husband Michael Bartlett; without these people guiding me, I’m not sure I would be this far.”
She adds that she wants to motivate people to live a healthy lifestyle.
She’s working towards obtaining her personal training qualification.
