The public will be able to enjoy Wild Waters again from October 12 following its closure for the past year.
While the water park was closed, the facility still hosted events, like the popular Spring Fiesta and H2O.
Manager Mark Gilpin said the park is now under new ownership and ready to welcome the public back to enjoy all the rides.
“We’re working round the clock to get everything ready for the opening and can’t wait to see families back here to swim, picnic and enjoy a braai,” he said.
Furthermore, Gilpin said that Nicci Beach will also reopen, though it will be relocated within the premises.
“Nicci Beach will move to another area on site as another venue will open at the spot where the Miami bar and pool deck used to be.
“No further information is available about the new venue as yet,” he added.
