The Mr and Miss Delmore pageant is set to take place at the Boksburg Town Hall on August 17.
Models will start competing from 09:00.
The pageant is a youth empowerment initiative dedicated to giving young people a platform to showcase their pageantry talents.
Categories include Little Miss, Junior, Teens and Miss and Mr.
This initiative was started in 2024, following a positive collaboration between the director of Excellency Models by NK and dedicated Delmore community members.
Organiser of the event, Nicky Koopman, said her mission is to empower individuals to achieve their full potential.
“I’m passionate about youngsters especially in the modelling industry. I love to to encourage youngsters too embrace there unique beauty and qualities,” said Koopman.
Koopan said the pageant has seen support from sponsors such as Boston City Campus, who will be giving away a R20 000 bursary to the Miss Delmore queen, and Bling Girl.
