Mother’s Day picnic brings families together

BrightBridge Academy celebrated Mother’s Day with a picnic at the campus at Sunward Park on May 10.
Mothers, grandmothers, and their children shared the warmth of love that filled the air.
It was a chance for children to play and parents and engage in conversations.
Learners made handcrafted cookies for their moms to enjoy.

“From the careful measuring of ingredients to the meticulous decoration, they infused every bite with the sweetness of appreciation and love,” said Chilindi Venter, campus head.

Learners also created handmade cards for their mothers and grandmothers.
