LETTER: Anonymous, you are selfish
Reader is not impressed with other's stance on fireworks.

In response to a letter in Boksburg Advertiser dated February 2 entitled “Middle ground needed for fireworks”:
To “Anonymous”, who clearly does not want the public to know who he/she is, could you please explain which of your needs are fulfilled by the loud bangs of fireworks? As animal owners, we have to carry the vet costs for animals getting injured or traumatised.
We, as a community, must all go out in search of animals that have escaped during the fulfilment of your needs.
On top of this, we have elderly sick people who cannot get a decent night’s rest so that people like you can fulfil your stupid needs.
So, if you are man/woman enough to state your name and address the people who incurred costs can have the bills delivered to your doorstep.
