Support Humanity Foundation’s sanitary drive

The foundation needs the community's support to make the project a success.

The Humanity Foundation urges the community to support its sanitary and toiletry drive for women, which is running until the end of March.

According to founding member and chairperson Pierre Marneweck, the drive is in support of International Women’s Day on March 8.

“This project is part of our continued efforts to advocate an end to gender-based violence and to restore dignity in our communities,” said Marneweck.

He added that ‘period poverty’ is a reality and that too many women miss school and work because they do not have the basic needs when menstruating.

The foundation would appreciate the community’s assistance in the form of donations.
