Metro working to restore water to parts of Boksburg

The city has dispatched roving water tankers to temporarily supply water to the affected customers.

The City of Ekurhuleni has announced that its crews are working to restore water supply to some parts of Boksburg and Vosloorus following a water pipe burst in the area.

The affected areas include van Dyk Park, Sunward Park, Mapleton Agricultural Holdings, Mapleton Extension 12 and Villa Lisa. The estimated restoration time for van Dyk Park and Sunward Park is 21:00.

The estimated restoration time for the other areas will be communicated once it is established.
