WIN TICKETS: Portuguese Forum’s festival to paint Boksburg red and green

Part of the proceeds from ticket sales will go to the Boksburg SPCA and Hospice East Rand.

The Caravela Festival, hosted by the Portuguese Forum of South Africa, will be in Boksburg from June 2 to 4.

The venue is Casa dos Poveiros, 177 Dayan Road, Dayanglen, and part of the proceeds will go to the Boksburg SPCA and Hospice East Rand.

According to a spokesperson for the event, Benjy Mudie, it was famous for its food, world-class music and lifestyle events in 2017 and 2018, so the Caravela Portuguese Festival promises another three days of unrivalled fun for the family.

“In keeping with the generous community spirit of Portuguese South Africans, this year, the festival will support the Boksburg SPCA and Hospice East Rand.
