Benefit a sick child’s dream – and your tax deductions

The Reach for a Dream Foundation offers life-changing dreams to children battling grave illnesses.

With the tax year ending on February 28, the Reach for a Dream Foundation hopes that more people will contribute to their organisation, an NPO that offers life-changing dreams to children battling grave illnesses.

According to Natalie Lazaris, the head of business at the foundation, since 1988, they have assisted children in combating the gravity of a serious disease by making dreams, like swimming with dolphins, meeting a celebrity or getting a new doll house, come true.

“These realised dreams help the children enjoy their childhood and leave the stress and pain of their ill health behind.

“Most importantly, fulfilling these dreams inspires hope and courage in the dreamer and their families, making them believe that tomorrow is worth fighting for. All donations are tax-deductible, and donors receive a Section 18A.

“Every cent donated goes to helping children who fight for their lives daily. We believe that with hope, strength and courage, these children can achieve anything they want in life.

“So many children and families were inspired by Reach For A Dream, and they need support.”
