Not even police property is immune to the scourge of infrastructure vandalism in Boksburg.
Thieves reportedly stole the police emblem from the metal signboard on the wall of the Boksburg North SAPS detective branch recently.
Boksburg North SAPS spokesperson Sergeant Justice Ramaube confirmed the theft, saying the stolen item is worth about R2 000.
No arrests have been made and police are investigating.
