Cannabis lab uncovered, suspect arrested

It is alleged the value of the seized cannabis and equipment is R200 000.

A man was arrested for manufacturing a suspected illegal substance in Beyers Park on January 25.

This came after a fully equipped manufacturing cannabis laboratory was uncovered at a rented residence following a tip-off.

The value of the seized cannabis and equipment is reportedly R200 000.

The Boksburg Advertiser is still awaiting a formal statement from the police.
