October 28 is First Responders Day and the The Humanity Foundation will be lining the streets to celebrate these brave men and women.
Whether you have just completed your shift or preparing to report for duty, pop over to the corners of Atlas and North Rand roads between 16:00 to 18:30 to collect a bite to eat, a sweet treat and a refreshing energy drink from the guys and gals in purple.
All emergency personnel, chaplains, security staff and CPF volunteers based in Boksburg and Benoni are welcome.
