WIFA FC defeats Olympia FC

Woodlands International Football Academy (WIFA) FC U7 showcased their dominance on the field by defeating Olympia FC with an impressive score of 7-2 on September 14.

According to coach Ingrid Ruiters, the victory not only highlights WIFA’s strong performance but also sets a positive tone for the upcoming challenges in their season.

“The match saw a flurry of goals from WIFA, with standout performances from several players.

“Coach Babs, who leads the U6 team, has been instrumental in developing young talent this year.

“The team consists of a mixed squad of U5, U6, and U7 boys, showing a commitment to nurturing skills across age groups.”

Ruiters said this year has been particularly successful for WIFA’s U7 team, which has already clinched the league title for Easterns.

“With our eyes set on further glory, we are gearing up for the semi-finals of the Cup games, scheduled for September 21.

“The anticipation is building as we prepare to face our next opponents in what promises to be an exciting continuation of their season.”
