Peermont’s Emperors Palace Casino Convention Resort has renewed it’s partnership with Centurion-based Titans cricket franchise.

The partnership sees the Palace of Dreams remain as the official accommodation and entertainment partner to the Titans until 2026.

The Titans is one of South African cricket’s successful domestic franchises having lifted the Sunfoil Series, Momentum One Day Cup as well as T20 Challenge trophies on multiple occasions.

The franchise has also been home to some of South Africa’s most successful players who have shone both on the local and international stage.

These include Faf du Plessis, AB de Villiers, Chris Morris, Farhaan Behardien, Quinton de Kock, Dean Elgar, Tabraiz Shamsi, Aiden Markram, Lungi Ngidi and Junior Dala.

“The Titans are a phenomenal team and like the gladiators of ancient Rome, they are warriors who always strive to victory,’’ said Emperors Palace complex executive Clive Tavener of the partnership.

This sees the Palace of Dreams make Supersport Park their supporter base again until 2026.

“We wish the Titans luck this upcoming season and proudly support them in every competition.”

Titans cricket CEO Dr Jacques Faul reiterates, “We’ve had a very successful relationship with Emperors Palace and it’s got better year on year. They make a significant contribution to the big blue magician and we’re thankful for the partnership we have with them.”

Longevity is part of the recipe with Emperors Palace being a partner to Titans since 2016.

“It’s no secret that for us at the Titans we pride ourselves on long standing partnerships and it’s very encouraging that a partner like Emperors Palace, who have provided so much, have committed to another three years with us. We are delighted with the partnership renewal and confident that we will continue to reach new heights,” concluded Faul.

The domestic cricket season started on September 16 with the Titans facing the Paarl Rocks in their opening match on September 23.
