Local NPO Kindness Keystone recently donated dry dog food and dog biscuits to the Boksburg SPCA.
The founder of the organisation, Yosheen Moodley, said she was delighted to meet and have some cuddle time with Oliver, affectionately known as Oli, a dachshund-cross puppy surrendered to the SPCA in a car oil-soaked bucket last year.
“He was sick, underweight and covered in oil but after treatment and much love, he is doing so well. He was so warm from basking in the sun and I was very blessed to have some lovely time with him,” said the founder.
Kindness Keystone is a registered NPO that focuses on the welfare of people and animals in need.
