A Freeway Park couple has filled their garden with Christmas decorations for the public to enjoy during this festive season.
They have organised a Christmas Garden Lights event at 84 Constantia Road, Freeway Park, on December 3, 5, 10 and 12. Other events will take place from December 17 to 19. The Christmas Garden Lights will start at 19:00 to 22:00 on these dates.
According to Sue Beadon of the Boksburg SPCA, the couple has amazing Christmas lights in their garden every year, so this year under the banner of their company The Masked House, they have decided to open the Christmas lights to the public on a booking basis.
“We are pleased that they have kindly nominated the Boksburg SPCA as their beneficiary, as all funds will go into our Christmas Cheer Fund,” said Beadon.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet and greet 7de Laan and Legacy actor Andre Lotter on December 3, while on December 5 they’ll meet Boer Soek ’n Vrou’s Damian Engelbrecht. Meanwhile, on 10 December the legendary Lizz Meiring will grace the event.
Food stalls selling hamburgers and other treats will be available. Animal items will also be sold at the venue. Entrance fee is R20 and tickets can be bought at https://themasked.co.za.
