East Rand Mall turns into museum
The museum will give shoppers the opportunity to enjoy artwork while learning something about it.
Art lovers and shoppers can look forward to experiencing East Rand Mall’s unique Mall Museum with more than 80 internationally acclaimed art replicas, including Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa and Johannes Vermeer’s Girl with the Pearl Earring, from June 18 to February 14, 2022.
“We want to give back to the community and see our shoppers smile when they visit the mall. The goal is to offer people a museum where they can enjoy the art and learn something about the artwork on display. That is why we gathered information about the artwork to show alongside it,” said Pierre Botha, marketing manager of the mall.
