Boksburg Municipal Traffic Court bids its senior prosecutor farewell

Active partnerships and collaborations, DBE and Provincial Education Department involvement and guidance, integrated matric voices, interactive lessons, including sign language and engaged subject specialists were critical success factors in 2020.

Lessons learnt from 2020 include the strengthening of links to existing initiatives, as well as enhancing teacher and parent support and the building of curriculum content base and better learning resources.

Motshekga said: “This initiative has come at the right time when we are working to get schooling back on track. It is abundantly clear that additional support is required for learners and we will continue to provide this. Woza Matrics will give learners the support they need to prepare for the 2021 National Senior Certificate examinations.”

Covid-19 has brought trauma and stress to teachers, learners and parents. Woza Matrics has demonstrated the benefit of broad-based collaboration between the public and private sector in addressing critical educational needs.
