Ekurhuleni mayor Mzwandile Masina will on March 24 deliver his last State of the City Address (SOCA) during his 5-year term in office.
The SOCA is scheduled to start at 10am at the Germiston Council Chambers.
“The executive mayor will report on the milestones the administration has achieved during his term of office and the past financial year. He will lay out the City’s priorities as well as chart the future growth path out of Covid-19 into local economic growth.
“Masina will also reflect on how the City has continued to revitalise the local economy through good governance and socio-economic transformation,” said the spokesperson, Phakamile Mbengashe.
