Medicross Medical Centre doctor Michael Jordaan died of Covid-19-related complications on February 4.
He died at the Netcare Milpark Hospital at the age of 72.
His wife of 24 years, Jennifer, said Jordaan was her soulmate. “Michael was the love of my life, my best friend and a good father. We will miss you forever,” she said.
Jordaan, who practised in Boksburg since the 1970s, is survived by his wife, their two daughters, Laura and Chivonne Brits, his three children from a previous marriage, Loren, Brett and Stacey, and six grandchildren (three boys and three girls).
He worked at Medicross for about 20 years.
