Healthy new-born babies welcomed on Christmas Day

Two girls and three boys were born at Tambo Memorial Hospital on Christmas Day

Five mothers welcomed their bundles of joy into the world on a very special day, on Christmas Day.
Tambo Memorial Hospital welcomed five babies, two girls and three boys.
Ntsikelelo Mngadi who weighed 3.130kg was the first baby to be delivered at the hospital at exactly midnight.
He was followed by baby Jacobs who weighed 3.440 kg at 00.20am.
The two babies were then followed by Reaholeboha Tlomatsana, who weighed 2.770kg, Baby Mnduzane, who weighed 3.540kg and Peter Grobler, who weighed 3.400kg.
Meanwhile, Ntsikelelo Mngadi’s mother, Nthabeleng Mngadi from Watville, said she was happy that she gave birth to her first child on an extraordinary day.
Lettie Tlomatsana, Reaholeboha’s mother from Ramaphosa informal settlement, said she was happy that she gave birth to a healthy baby who is her third child.
