EMPD welcomes eight new superintendents

On December 2 eight newly appointed superintendents were introduced to chief of police Jabulani Mapiyeye and his management team. The introduction took place at the EMPD head office in Kempton Park. The head of the department, deputy chief of police, directors, and chief superintendents who attended the session welcomed and congratulated superintendents Neville Taylor, Noko Monyela, Trinity Mokoana, Marlon Govender, Vishan Singh, Puleng Lekgoathi, Tshepo Koahela and Mandla Nyathi on their new positions. The new superintendents each have between 10 and 26 years of experience as law enforcers. Previously they were stationed as inspectors in units such as the EMPD task team, internal affairs, first responders, fleet, SWAT, training academy community safety forum.
