Century 21 East Rand estate agent Daleen Nel bagged five awards at Century 21’s virtual Pearl Awards 2020 recently.
Daleen won National Sales Agent of the Year Award, National Highest Commission Earner of the Year Award, National Highest Oyster Points of the Year Award, Pearl Agent of the Year Award and National Highest Agent Sales of the Year Award second runner-up.
The Witfield resident said she is grateful about winning the awards.
“I’m extremely happy. I work hard, and it felt good to get recognition. Hard work always pays off. I’m passionate about my job, and I’m always willing to assist my clients. I just love working with people,” said Daleen.
Daleen said being involved in the community is her key to success.
“You must be visible so that people can see you’re active. I always try to help where possible, and I like to sponsor items like T-shirts to local schools,” she added.
Daleen dreams of starting her own estate agency in the future.
