Refreshing Apple and Rooibos Ice Tea
This heat has everyone’s throats dry, so make this delicious home-made rooibos iced tea with seasonal fruit. It will keep you hydrated and the children will love it.
4 Rooibos tea bags in 21 of boiling water – let it cool down completely before taking tea bags out.
After it has completely cooled down, add 1l of clear 100 per cent apple juice and refrigerate. Add seasonal fruit of your choice to make it a little bit more exciting.
In season now is apples, blueberries, grapes, strawberries and watermelon. Serve with your biodegradable straw.

Well, it is still interesting to know that in 325 CE the Council of Nicea established that Easter would be held on the first Sunday after the first full moon, thus the Easter date depends on the ecclesiastical approximation of March 21 for the vernal .
