Pro Tip
To avoid any missing file situations, email all your important documents to yourself. That way you can access the file at any time, on any device and it is a safety net – double save option.
Home Remedy
Are your pillowcases covered in mascara stains after you took that much-needed afternoon nap? Or the night was just so fabulous that you forgot to take off your make-up? Don’t stress, rub some dishwashing liquid directly on the spot and wash like normal, it will be good as new.
Recipe
Healthy doesn’t have to be boring, for the aspiring MasterChef and home cooks, change things up by replacing normal rice with exciting grains. A wide variety of grains are available at local grocery stores.
Bulgar wheat is great with roasted vegetables and salads. Quinoa is gluten-free, high in protein and one of the few plant foods that contain all nine essential amino acids. It is also high in fibre.
Buckwheat is one of the world’s healthiest foods. You can make delicious flapjacks with buckwheat. Polenta can be used to make polenta chips, a healthy alternative to potatoes.
