Recipes

Serves six small chocolate tarts.

Crust:

Mix the dry ingredients, then work butter through until it is crumbly. Add water until it combines, roll into a disk and keep in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Line tartlet tins with pastry that is rolled out thinly. Blind bake for 15 minutes.

Filling

• Heat cream, then add dark chocolate. Whisk in three egg yolks. Pour the filling over the pastry and bake for 7-10 minutes.

Cool down and garnish with fresh berries
