Robbers ambush domestic worker before looting house

During May, 2018, a gang of up to three thieves left a domestic worker absolutely petrified during a broad daylight break-in Freeway Park.

Boksburg SAPS are looking for a pair of robbers who ambushed a domestic worker in the yard of her boss’ house, on Tokai Road, Freeway Park.

They stole items worth thousands of rand from her boss’s house, in broad daylight.

The worker told the police that she had just stepped out of the house to dispose of wastewater into a drain.

While she was at the door, two men approached and pointed a firearm at her before she was dragged into one of the bedrooms, where the thugs covered her face with the T-shirt she was wearing and ordered her to lie on the floor.

They then ransacked the house and fled the scene.

Police are investigating the robbery.
