Lunchbox full of love

A healthy lunchbox doesn’t have to be boring. Mix it up with fresh fruit and healthy snacks like biltong. Soak apple slices in lemon water overnight to keep them from browning. Involve your children and make packing lunch a fun, bonding activity. Ask your children about their favourite snacks and preferences, and remember to keep it nutritious.

Home Remedy

Handy creams, especially with active children in the house. Calendula cream: homoeopathic antibacterial for breakouts, burns and skin irritation. Arnica cream: for inevitable falls, bumps, knocks, swelling and bruises.
