National Wills Week will be held from September 17 to 21, during which participating attorneys will be drafting free wills.
Death is the hardest thing in life to contemplate while estate planning is one thing that we often put off either because it is too morbid or because we fear that it will be too complicated.
According to Taryn Murphy of Malherbe, Rigg & Ranwell (MRR), it is essential that you have a Will and that it is drafted properly to ensure that your loved ones who are left behind do not have to deal with estate issues but can rather concentrate on dealing with their grief.
MRR will be taking part once again this year in the Law Society’s annual Wills Week initiative.
Therefore, one can take advantage of the opportunity of having your Will drawn up or updated free of charge by MRR during next week.
