Help Windmill Park family find missing daughter

Tumiso was last seen wearing a peach shirt, a camouflage short and a black and white pair of Puma sneakers.

The Dawn Park police and family of a 26-year-old Windmill Park woman, who went missing in Boksburg, are asking for the public’s help to locate her.

The family last saw their daughter Tumiso Molepo at about 6.30am on Friday, August 31. This was when she left home and travelled to her workplace and she never made it home.

The Dawn Park police have joined the family in the search for Tumiso and are calling for anyone with information to come forward.

According to the investigating officer, Det Const Mthokozisi Zwane, a missing person case was registered and investigations are underway.

Her family reported her as missing to the Dawn Park police after she failed to return from work on Friday, and her sister, Refilwe Molepo, told the Advertiser that they hadn’t heard from Tumiso since.

Tumiso Molepo went missing on Friday, August 31. Both the police and her family are appealing to anyone who might have seen her or has information on her whereabouts to get in touch.

When the family tried to call her on Friday late, her phone was off. Family members went to her workplace but she was not there.

Her colleagues told the family that she reported to work that Friday and left just after 4.30pm.

Tumiso’s sister said she and her family are worried sick about Tumiso and are desperate to find her.

“We are concerned for her welfare, so we are making an emotional plea for people to help us find her. If anyone knows where she might be, please let us know,” her sister Refilwe pleaded.

If you have any information regarding Tumiso’s whereabouts, please contact Zwane on 083 342 7541 or 011 862 8000. Alternatively phone Tumiso’s sister Refilwe on 073 009 4497.
