Watch out for these exciting events at St Francis
The centre is in need of a vehicle to collect food donations and will always benefit from daily requirements like tea, milk and sugar, as well as baby formula and adult or baby nappies.
The St Francis Care Centre has some exciting events coming up:
- Tekkie Tax Day, on May 25. This is SA’s most significant fund-raising campaign owned by welfare organisations for the benefit of welfare organisations. You can support St Francis by buying your Tekkie Tax Day stickers from the centre.
- St Francis will celebrate Mandela Day on 18 July.
- St Benedict’s College has identified St Francis as its NPO for a Youth Day project.
- The Boksburg Lions Club and St Francis are hosting a golf day at ERPM Golf Club on May 9.

* St Francis Care Centre, in Olivia Road, Eveleigh, offers quality palliative care and St Francis’ Rainbow Cottage offers care for neglected children. The Rainbow Cottage currently accommodates 32 children between the ages of two months and six years.
