Uber violence spreads to neighbouring Germiston

Less than a week after protesters in Boksburg voiced their concern about violence against Uber drivers, another driver fell victim to crime

Supporters of The Movement, an advocacy group campaigning for the protection of Uber and Taxify drivers, outside the Boksburg Magistrate's Court last week.

While a female Uber driver was brutally stabbed in Sunward Park last week, Germiston City Times reported today (January 31) that another driver was recently nearly killed in Raven Street in Elspark.
