Woodlands Interact Club introduces new president

Seventeen-year-old Heather Hughes is the 2018 head girl for Woodlands International College in Boksburg as well as the president of the Woodlands Interact Club.

She is very enthusiastic about whatever she takes on and has achieved Woodlands honours full colours in three fields, namely service, leadership and academic performance.

Heather aspires to be a business analyst specialising in IT.

The teen’s hobbies are hockey, netball, fishing and shooting on the range.

She loves the sea and her favourite place is Jeffreys Bay in the Eastern Cape.

She aspires to improve the Interact Club by increasing awareness and growth in youth participation in its humanitarian work.

Heather wishes everybody a stupendous year for 2018.

“May you be privileged to have your dreams come true and work hard at helping others in achieving the same,” she said.
