A Boksburg North mom, Beulah van Wyngaard, has recently published a book, Laslappie Kinders.
This is a deeply personal and poignant account of her and her husband’s experiences as foster and adoptive parents, the social welfare system they were exposed to and the highs and lows experienced by the children they took into their care.
