Something good is cooking at Boksburg Lake

If you are a food and music lover then you must attend the City Street Carnival at the Boksburg Lake on March 25.

Organisers are hoping this will become the biggest urban food and music event in Ekurhuleni.

Food lovers will have a variety of healthy food to choose from as the stage comes alive with music.

You can look forward to the laid-back sounds of down tempo house and jazz, old-school hip-hop, neo-soul and some of the best South African music acts, including Amanda Black, Kwesta, DJ Shimz, Portia Monique, Idols sensation Terra Cox and other amazing local talent.

The likes of DJ 13, Let’s Flirt Djs, Deejay Kgotso M and Mongezi will be representing ‘hoods from all around Ekurhuleni.

The event starts at 10am and will run until late.
