Netcare 911 Media Liaison Officer Chris Botha said paramedics arrived at the scene and found that two people sustained critical injuries.
“Medics worked fervently at the scene to stabilise the injured at the scene.
“One of the critically injured was airlifted to a specialised hospital for further care.
“The other patient was transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital for the care that he required,” said Botha.
Reports indicate that a cash in transit was in progress, exact detail to the incident however will form part of the police investigation
