The protesting crowd started howling while he addressing them.
Mpya accused the local councillor Ashley Hoods of not being upfront with residents.
Hoods told the MMC before the crowd that “you are a liar”.

The crowd entered the fray, defended Hoods and told Mpya “you are the one who is lying here”, before demanding that he stops addressing them.
