Falcon Educational School improves to 100 per cent pass rate

Falcon Educational School accomplished a 100 per pass rate in the 2016 matric results.

This is an improvement from 94.55 per cent in 2015.

The school collected a total of 14 distinctions, with 51.22 per cent degree passes, 46.34 diploma passes and 2.44 per cent Higher certificate passes.

The top 2016 product of the school is Happiness Mokoena, with three distinctions in Afrikaans, geography and life sciences.

Falcon’s Desmond Reddy said they’ll always continue to strive to improve on their number of distinctions and bachelor passes.

“Overall, it was a team effort by the entire staff, encouraging our learners to be the best they can be.

“The school implemented a number of extra lessons during the afternoons and weekends last year, to prepare their learners.

“That was together with our ongoing attempt to find new ways of sharing information; and the implementation of our e–learning project,” said Reddy.
