Last chance to collect boarding cat

The Boksburg SPCA accepted an unsterilised cat into their boarding premises on November 9.

According to the SPCA manager, Maggie Mudd, this cat is owned by Mr and Mrs Greyer and they were assisted by the society, as they were apparently experiencing problems of where to stay.

The cat was to be collected at the end of October and this was extended to November, but to date, the cat is still at the SPCA and the contact number for the Greyers is now going unanswered.

The SPCA kindly advise that if they do not hear from Mr and Mrs Greyer by Friday, December 16, they shall have no option but to consider the cat abandoned and will place her up for re-adoption.

Please contact the SPCA on 011 916 5906/7 as soon as possible or visit their offices at Railway Street, Boksburg.
