Fashion World robbery suspects appear in court
Boksburg Magistrates Court senior prosecutor Henk Strydom confirmed the incident.
He said three of the suspects were due to appear in court for robbery with aggravating circumstances following a robbery that took place at Fashion World earlier this month.
Another suspect is also facing a separate robbery with aggravating circumstances charge while the fifth one facing a charge of rape.
The suspects escaped from the holding cell in the basement.
Details surrounding their escape is not yet clear and police are investigating.
