New family orientated bikers club launches in Boksburg

A new bikers club has recently roared to life in the city.

The Tribe Harley Riding Club, established at the beginning of the year, is run under the auspices of Kevin Prinsloo (director) and Leandri Bosch (assistant director).

On Friday, April 1, the club was officially launched and friends and family members celebrated with the club members on reaching this milestone.

The new ”kid” on the block already boasts 75 members, who live out their passion of riding bikes.

The members live up to their motto, which speaks of friends becoming family.

“We launched this club to create a better understanding about bikers, because people think bikers are dangerous, but we are not, we are just a group of people who love riding bikes,” said Bosch.

The club members meet every second Sunday of every month.

The club is also involved in various charity projects in schools and other non-profit organisations, to reach out to the community.

According to Prinsloo, he is happy that they have made this dream a reality.

“I thank my team members who assisted all the way in making this launch possible,” he said.

The Tribe Harley Riding Club urges motorists to be cautious of their surroundings and to look out for bikers.

Anyone who would like to join the club, or who needs more information, can check out the Tribe Harley Riding Club Facebook page, The Tribe.
