Municipal offices to close early for Easter

Metro spokesperson Themba Gadebe said that all administrative offices, libraries, rates halls and pay offices will close at 1pm, on March 24.

Gadebe said essential services such as emergency services, refuse collection, electricity and water services will, however, continue to operate.

While offices will be closed, customers can still contact the following numbers in case of an emergency and service interruption assistance:

*Municipal Services Call Centre – 0860 54 3000
*Life-threatening emergencies – 011 458 0911 or 10177 or 112 (from a mobile phone).
