One killed, three injured in Boksburg accident
One person has been killed and three others have sustained serious injuries after the vehicle they were driving in overturned several times on the N3 towards Durban in Boksburg, on March 20.
The accident happened at about 3.30pm.
When Netcare911 paramedics arrived on scene they found that four people had been ejected out of the vehicle.
One person was found to be in a critical condition and two other people sustained serious injuries, said Netcare 911 spokesperson Athlenda Mathe.
She said that Netcare2 Helicopter was dispatched to the scene to airlift the critically injured man to a nearby hospital.
One person was declared dead on scene by Netcare911 paramedics.
The two people who have sustained serious injuries have been transported by Ambulance to a nearby hospital for further medical care.
