Make a wish come true this Christmas for StFrancis
Want to extend a helping hand this festive season, but don’t know where or how to spread your love?
Warm the hearts of the St Francis Care Centre staff and patients by donating an item from their Christmas wish list:
Brown sugar, rooibos tea, tinned food, vegetables, jam, peanut butter, cereals, margarine, milk, juice, washing powder, Jik, and garbage bags.
Needs of the Rainbow Cottage: Baby formula (Lactogen No 1, 2 and 3), Nestum porridge, petroleum jelly, aquas cream, nappies (medium and large), summer clothes (dresses, shorts, T-shirts and sandals) and underwear for boys and girls.
Needs of adult palliative care unit: Adult nappies (large), disposable gloves, aprons, masks and linen savers, and single hospital bed covers or quilts.
General urgent needs: The centre is in urgent need of a sponsor to upgrade the computer software, a sponsored compressor for the cold-room, and a sponsored shredding machine (for office use).
Financial assistance is needed and greatly appreciated.
