The man is believed to be in his early 30s, and his body was found with multiple gunshot wounds to the back of his head and forehead.
The SAPS officers were called to the scene at about 9am on Friday, September 4.
An ambulance was also called and paramedics certified the man dead at the scene.
Police found a photo on the man’s body, and they are hoping that the photo will help them identify the deceased.
The investigating officer, W/O Dan Mahlangu said the man appeared to have been shot execution-style.
“We want to try and identify this man – so we can notify his family and next of kin. The motive for the killing is still unknown.”.

The man suffered stab wounds in his chest and was declared dead on the scene by paramedics.
No arrests have been made so far, but investigations are underway to track down the person or persons responsible for the murder.
