Broken photocopier prompts postponement in ‘satanic ritual’ case

The case against a Witfield church pastor along with the grandparents and an uncle of a 9-year-old boy whom they allegedly molested in a satanic ritual has been postponed.

This is due to the court’s dysfunctional photocopier machines on May 25.

The case had to be postponed in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court by the prosecutor as the State was unable to hand over the docket and other important documents to the defence, because the photocopiers were broken.
The case was postponed to August 12.
The four are accused of allegedly raping and molesting the boy in an apparent ‘satanic ritual’.
