Well done! R19 200 raised for little Tenique

A total of R19 200 was raised for Tenique Heiny (5), during a charity event that took place at Annemarie's Biker's Inn, on Sunday, April 19.

The committee secretary of the Committed Motorcycle Club, Natasha Kruger, said the reason for the fund-raising event was to contribute towards the little girl’s medical bills, which amount to about R23 000, for an operation (on May 4) to stretch her shorter leg.

Sponsors of the charity day included Avon, Honey, Gets, Equity Enterprises, Ditona, B&R Compressors, Jordan recruiting, IMG Distributors, Hanggara Services, KCS engineering and Treo Technical Services.

According to Tenique’s mother, Lorita, she is glad that her little girl will be receiving the help that she needs and deserves.

“We are looking forward to the operation, even though it is going to be the most painful experience for my Tenique,” she said. – NalediBoksburg
